These prize draws are promoted by Jet2holidays Limited (registered number: 04472486) whose registered office is at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU ("Jet2holidays" or "we"). By entering a prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms:

1. There are five prize draws, these are: a Jet2holidays prize draw; a Jet2CityBreaks prize draw; an Indulgent Escapes prize draw; a Jet2Villas prize draw; and a VIBE by Jet2holidays prize draw (each a “prize draw” and together the “prize draws”). Each prize draw opens at 00.01am on 09 April 2020 and closes at 11.59pm on 13 April 2020. 
2. Entrants to a prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Dart Group Plc, Fowler Welch Limited or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draws (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter.  An entrant may enter any of the prize draws as many times as they like, however, the same entrant cannot win more than one holiday prize across all five of the prize draws. If the same entrant is randomly selected for more than one holiday prize, they will be awarded the first holiday prize that they were selected for, and any other prizes will be awarded to another entrant who will be randomly selected from the remaining valid/correct entries that were received.

How to enter:

1. To enter any of the prize draws you must visit the website easter.jet2holidays.com or easter.jet2.com and register your details between the times and dates detailed in paragraph 1 above. You will then be asked to open as many Easter eggs as you like. Once you have registered your details, you can return to the website at any time between the times and dates detailed above to submit further entries to a prize draw.
2. There will be five different types of Easter eggs which represent the Jet2holidays’ brands and the five different prize draws (Jet2CityBreaks, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE by Jet2holidays and Jet2holidays) and you can open any Easter egg from any brand. Each time you open an Easter egg between the times and dates detailed in paragraph 1 above, you will be entered into the relevant prize draw once (for example: if you open five ‘VIBE by Jet2holidays’ Easter eggs, you will be entered into the “VIBE by Jet2holidays” prize draw five times; or, if you open two Jet2CityBreaks Easter eggs and one Jet2Villas Easter egg, you will be entered twice into the Jet2CityBreaks prize draw and once into the Jet2Villas prize draw).
3. If you refer friends by following the instructions on the website, you will receive 500 additional entries which will be spread evenly across the prize draws (e.g. 100 entries for each prize draw) for each friend you successfully refer. Please note, for a referral to be successful, the friend you refer must enter into a prize draw at least once, and must not already have registered their details or entered any of the prize draws. The friend who you have successfully referred will also receive 500 additional entries spread evenly across the prize draws.
4. Some Easter eggs may contain unique discount codes to be redeemed either on a flight booking with Jet2.com or on a holiday booking with Jet2holidays (there will be 2,000 flight voucher codes and 2,000 holiday voucher codes up for grabs each day). Prior to the start of the prize draw period, Jet2holidays will randomly generate times for these discount codes to be released each day. The lucky winners for the discount codes will be those people who enter the prize draw and smash an egg at the first unique closest time to the selected time on each day. The unique discount codes will be emailed to the lucky winners  and will be subject to the applicable terms which are detailed below. An entrant can only use one unique discount code. Some Easter eggs may contain extra entries into a prize draw, these will displayed immediately.
5. Jet2holidays shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do not reach it before the closing date or are illegible, incomplete or corrupted. You must have a valid email address to claim a prize.

Choosing a Winner for the holiday prizes:

1. There will be one lucky winner of a holiday prize for each prize draw. The holiday prizes are as detailed below.
2. The winners will be randomly selected through a computer-generated process.
3. The winner of each prize draw will be notified by email within 5 working days after the closing time for the prize draws. We will try our best to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.
4. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 day of having been notified. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.
5. For transparency we will generally publish the surname and county of prize winners online. However, if you are a winner and you object to us doing this then please let us know when claiming your prize.

General Holiday Prize Terms

All of the prizes are subject to the following terms: 

1. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/accommodation supplements are included in the prize and these must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party.  Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
2. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2holidays reserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry.
3. The prize is subject to Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at https://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and https://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. In the event of any discrepancies these prize draw terms and conditions shall take precedence.
4. The prizes are subject to availability and must be taken in line with the dates specified within the prize details. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
5. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to amend any of the prizes, which may include offering an alternative property/destination at anytime, to the equivalent prize value.
6. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for administrative reasons without prior notice. Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.
7. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
8. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions. The prize duration may not be extended, and the hotel may not be changed by the winner.  Any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates for flights and accommodation.
9. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements.  

General terms applicable to the prize draws:

1. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy).
2. When entering the Prize Draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).
3. To enable us to use your entry as widely as possible you agree that any intellectual property rights in your entry (and any accompanying material) will belong to us and you will waive any rights that you have in relation to your entry and any accompanying material. At our request you will sign any documents which we think are necessary to assign the rights to us. You also agree that we may decide at our discretion how the material you submit may be used from time to time (which may include your photo where you have submitted one).
4. Jet2holidays may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without notice at any time. Jet2holidays may cancel a prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that makes it necessary to do so. 
5. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the prizes, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud. 
6. If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which Jet2holidays determines (acting reasonably): (a) is contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw; and/or (c) is unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the prize draw at Jet2holidays' sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded (if applicable). This may include without limitation participation by professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants and/or Jet2holidays. Furthermore, where Jet2holidays determines that such actions have impaired the prize draw, Jet2holidays may, at its sole discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions, including:
   1. repeating or adding further stages to the prize draw; or 
   2. in the event of disqualification, awarding the prize to a/other runner(s) up, another entry drawn at random or the next entry with the highest number of votes (as applicable). 
7. 'Bots' or similar automated third-party software will not be allowed and use of such software will be grounds for immediate disqualification. Where a winner has been selected and we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that winner has used a ‘bot' or similar third-party software to submit multiple entries, we shall have the absolute discretion to select an alternative winner.

9. These terms are subject to English Law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
